Land Auction

Land Auction (This is NOT any land that belongs to the Ionia Fairgrounds – they are just renting the building and bidders are welcome)
This is a farmland and home / outbuildings auction. Auctioneer, Joe Sherwood, will be here running the auction with Farmers National Company personnel there to assist him in the process. Joe will “call” the land auction in five separate tracts, and as one whole single tract (all five to be sold together). Most dollars bid, or the highest winning bid, will win the individual tract or all five as one.
Live auction takes place at 6:00 pm in the Floral Buidling. Showing of the farmhouse and land is on the same day, Tuesday October 11, 12:00 pm – 2:00 pm.
